the front desk staff was friendly. they offered help with directions and suggestions. the hotel is located near the metro, providing easy access to main attractions. i used the shuttle service to jbr beach, it saved on taxi fare.
the gym only has limited equipment.

broken acnon-existent shuttle
The room's AC failed overnight. I informed staff, yet no one came to fix it. I spent the night sweating because of the room temperature. the promised shuttle to JBR Beach never materialized. This service was a key reason I booked, it never existed!
